Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of varietals. Vintage 2000. We have taken 78% Cabernet Sauvignon from the San Martin region of California and blended it with 14% of a Washington State Merlot and 8% California Syrah. A marvelously smooth red, it has the characteristics of a more mature vintage than the year suggests. A wonderful bouquet with woody oaks and bell peppers, smooth and full-bodied, with a finish full of the fruits that the Cabernet is known for. It is a well-balanced wine that offers an excellent choice for anyone looking for a distinguished red.

Our Merlot is a 100% varietal from Washington State vintage 2001. This Merlot is beyond its vintage year. Richly colored with a bouquet hinting of plums and black cherry. It delivers a wonderfully drinkable wine. Rich and supple, its finish is soft and warm.

A 2000 vintage Central Coast Chardonnay aged in French oak barrels before bottling. It has a highly complex nose with an intriguing variety of delicate aromas and a balanced fruity, toasty, and buttery flavor.

A 2000 vintage Washington State Gewürztraminer. It has a flowery nose hinting of spices, with a creamy, soft mouthfeel. Sweet grapefruits and lemon explode across your palate, wonderfully balanced, leaving a clean and refreshing finish. If you like Riesling you will absolutely adore this Gewurz!
